Weight watchers what I ate today! Gluten free! 6/11/15

Hey again, today has gone fantastic! Well food wise anyway!
The day it's self has been horrible!
First I lost my purse but luckily someone handed it in!
I dropped a test tube in the lab! It smashed everywhere! I had to clean it up! So, I had to get all fours trying to scrape up all the glass with a brush that's 3 miles long and doesn't bend! Obviously the highlight of my day!
After this I got trapped in tesco car park for around an hour.
A car practically drove into the side of me today!

Anyway! To the food!
This morning I was running late so missed breakfast! I know I'm sorry!

Lunch!
- a open faced chicken tikka and marinade sandwich
- one slice free from seeded bread 4pp
- chicken tikka quarter pack 2pp
- butter 1tsp - 1pp
- 1 tbsp of lighter mayonnaise -1pp

TOTAL SO FAR - 8

Then for tea I had heck chicken sausages and mash with mixed veg,

-sweet corn and peas  -3pp
-8 chicken heck sausages -7pp
Mash 399g Frozen morrisons -7pp

TOTAL 17pp
TOTAL SO FAR - 25pp

Snacks
- galaxy ripple -5pp

Total 30pp
And that's me for the day!
I really really hope I've lost weight tomorrow! I know I've only done it for a little while of writing everything down but if I get half a pound I'll be happy!!!
I'll update you all tomorrow!
Good night and happy tracking!!!

Weight Watchers Update!

Hello, Long time no speak!

So, when we last talked I mentioned I started weight watchers and all was going swell. Well, since we last spoke my weight soared up to a whopping 13stone and 7 pounds! this was by no fault of weight watchers I just didn't stick to it. This was shocking and i was in denial to what i looked like until i went on holiday with Joshua and decided to have some professional photographs taken! this was a turning point!

When we returned from holiday it was clear I had to do something I literally looked like a beached whale and it certainly was not the look i wanted to go for. I immediately signed up to weight watchers again! and stuck it out! At first it was a little hard but i was adamant i wouldn't ever look like that again!

So far it has been around a month and a half and i have lost 12lbs. taking me now to 12 stone 9 pounds. which i am very happy about although i still think i look big. so I must continue my journey!
I must admit though i do feel like i have fallen into a rut and each week i keep gaining a little then loosing a little. I think i have just lost all motivation. I am going to set my self a goal and keep focusing on this! I will update everyone with the goal I choose.

Weight watchers!

I have recently decided to join weight watchers since I nearly broke the scales last week at the heaviest I have ever been,
11stone 8.5 pounds.

So I've looked it up and it basically seems pretty easy. You can either count your points daily online, or on the mobile app. Or there's something called simple start which involves you eating anything and as much as you want from this list of foods that they give to you such as portage oats and fruit, ect, this is the one they're currently advertising on the telly vision.
So far so good! And If you look on groupon there's an offer for 3 months of weight watchers online for £15.
Now that's a good offer I would say! X

The perfect night in.

Valentines day will be hetic no matter where you go and everywhere rams up the prices. So this year, why not stay at home and do something lovely there.
My suggestions are,

Make a nice hot bubble bath for your loved one, light a few candles, turn down the lights, add some aromatic oils and maybe some flower pettles and your good to go!

Perfect for her/him or you both to enjoy as a couple.

Next, go to your local supermarket  and buy. There valentines meal. This usually includes a main a side a dessert an a bottle of wine.
Cook that in the oven.

Set the table, add a table cloth, some rose pettles, knives am. Forks, and a wine glass.

Then, dim the lights and light some candles.
Turn some smooth music on.

And for an added extra, you could get your girl a new dress to wear for the night, lay it on your bed and when she gets out the bath, she will read a note telling her to put this on and meet you down stairs.

This she will think is so cute and romantic, even though it hasn't cost a bomb. She will appreciate all the thought that has gone into it.
