Weight watchers!

I have recently decided to join weight watchers since I nearly broke the scales last week at the heaviest I have ever been,
11stone 8.5 pounds.

So I've looked it up and it basically seems pretty easy. You can either count your points daily online, or on the mobile app. Or there's something called simple start which involves you eating anything and as much as you want from this list of foods that they give to you such as portage oats and fruit, ect, this is the one they're currently advertising on the telly vision.
So far so good! And If you look on groupon there's an offer for 3 months of weight watchers online for £15.
Now that's a good offer I would say! X

The perfect night in.

Valentines day will be hetic no matter where you go and everywhere rams up the prices. So this year, why not stay at home and do something lovely there.
My suggestions are,

Make a nice hot bubble bath for your loved one, light a few candles, turn down the lights, add some aromatic oils and maybe some flower pettles and your good to go!

Perfect for her/him or you both to enjoy as a couple.

Next, go to your local supermarket  and buy. There valentines meal. This usually includes a main a side a dessert an a bottle of wine.
Cook that in the oven.

Set the table, add a table cloth, some rose pettles, knives am. Forks, and a wine glass.

Then, dim the lights and light some candles.
Turn some smooth music on.

And for an added extra, you could get your girl a new dress to wear for the night, lay it on your bed and when she gets out the bath, she will read a note telling her to put this on and meet you down stairs.

This she will think is so cute and romantic, even though it hasn't cost a bomb. She will appreciate all the thought that has gone into it.

Little, inexpensive token gifts for her.

Hey guys?
You struggling to find something to get her for valentines?
Have you not been with her long?
Did she tell you not to worry about getting her something? (never fall for this! It's a trap!!!)

Well I suggest a little token gift,

You could get her a pretty card, and write a cute note or poem inside.
Buy her a single rose! Roughly £2
A little box of chocolates, or bag of chocolates, or something.
And she will appreciate the thought,

Alternatively, if your willing to splash more of the cash, go look at my valentines gift ideas for him just switch some of the products for her.

Hope this helps!

Cath kidson look a like bedding for cheap!

Today whilst I was trawling my local Asda with mu mum I spotted an amazing find. It was  Cath Kidson look alike bed sheets (double) which were reduced in the sale and reversible to give your bedroom that little hit when of colour when you feel your rooms looking a little dull. One side if a deep lavender colour with light and dark pink flowers and mint/ dark green leaves and when you flip it over, its cream with pink and purple flowers again with mint/dark green leaves.
It really is an amazing find and was meant to be £9 on sale from £16.

These bed sheets absolutely stunning , really comfortable, stylish and 100% cotton! I couldn’t have gotten a better deal!

Body shop Christmas edition ginger sparkle hand cream!

Today, I was in body shop and noticed all there christmas edition things were all on offer and so, I decided I would go a little crazy and try something new so as you can probably guess I chose this hand cream and  smells divine. (exactly like gingerbread fresh from the oven).

It has a little picture of a gingerbread man on the front and comes in a bronze 30ml bottle. It is really hydrating and keeps your hands soft and moisturised almost all day. I LOVE IT. One of the best hand creams I have ever had and would really recommend it to anyone who is looking for a new hand product to keep your skin hydrated over this winter period.

I purchased this for £2.00 in store and it would usually be £4.00 or you could buy a pack of three moisturisers which includes there vanilla bliss  and cranberry joy for £8.00 however, it does work out cheaper to buy all three seperatly.

Tips and tricks to get salon style nails at home!

Don't you all hate it when you paint your nails and then realise you have something to do? I certainly do or when you paint them but they never look as good as you wanted? Don't worry, here are my tips to get beautiful nails in a flash that will dry within two minutes...

  • Always use a base coat. - it will make your nail polish last longer and will stop the polish from staining your nails!
  • Paint in three strokes. one to the left, right and then the middle to smooth both over. This should ensure you cover all the nail and get even coverage.
  • allow your nails to dry fully!
  • Then apply a second coat and allow to dry again
  • Finally, finish with a top coat to add a beautiful shine and seal in your design.

To make your nails dry faster you can...
  1. place your nails in a jug of cold water (preferably with ice) this will freeze the molecules in the polish and stop it smudging.
  2. buy a nail blower. they're so cute and blow on your nails for you which speeds up the drying time.
  3. buy a top speed nail polish that will dry in 60 seconds
  4. an even better choice is a top speed top coat which will dry any nail polish instantly

Thank you for reading and I really hope my few tips helped you achieve your salon style nails.
